From a soil of volcanic origin rich in Potassium, Phosphorus and Magnesium, hilly, well exposed and ventilated. The Guyot-trained vineyards with a density of 4,500 vines per hectare give a production of approximately 80 quintals/ha.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Bright straw yellow with light greenish reflections.
Smell: Intense, persistent, fruity, broad (reminiscent of ripe grapes).
Taste: Savory, full-bodied and soft with a characteristic light bitter aftertaste.

Fish dishes, pasta dishes, risottos, white meats.
